In this article, the author reviews the things he explained in the previous three issues before going on to summarize the things he explained in the book titled Not All Israel Is Israel regarding the individual members of Corporate Israel being “cut off from” that corporate body. His point is, one cannot understand how Jesus Christ became Corporate Israel if one does not understand that God determines who is, and who is not, a member of that corporate body.
In this column, the author responds to a question regarding the nature of the Trinity. He begins by reminding the reader of the fact that Isaiah 55 plainly tells us God does not think the way we think, before going on to quote extensively from the Early Church Fathers to show how they understood the nature of God. He concludes by refuting the statements of a reader who believes the Early Church Fathers have nothing to contribute to our understanding of the beliefs of the Apostles.
